1. Who we are

The store at n3d-store.com ("Nebula 3D", "we") is operated by [FULL LEGAL NAME], a private individual residing in the Czech Republic, [ADDRESS][, IČO if you register a trade licence]. Contact: [email protected].

Note: regular commercial sale of digital goods in the Czech Republic generally requires a trade licence (živnostenské oprávnění). Make sure your registration status matches how you use this store.

2. What we sell

Nebula 3D sells digital content: downloadable 3D models and PBR texture sets ("Assets"). Nothing physical is shipped. Product pages describe each Asset's contents, formats and resolution.

3. Ordering and payment

Prices are shown in EUR and are final (as an unregistered individual seller / non-VAT payer, no VAT is added; [adjust if you become a VAT payer]).
Payment is processed by Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd. We never see or store your card details.
The purchase contract is concluded when your payment is confirmed by Stripe.
You must have a registered, email-verified account to purchase.

4. Delivery of digital content

After successful payment we automatically email you secure download links and make them available on your account page. Links are valid for 7 days and up to 5 downloads each; you can generate fresh links from your account at any time at no cost.

5. Right of withdrawal (EU consumers)

Under Section 1837(l) of the Czech Civil Code and Directive 2011/83/EU, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content delivered immediately. By completing checkout you expressly consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that you thereby lose the right of withdrawal once the download links are delivered.

6. Licence

Buying an Asset grants you a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual licence to use it in personal and commercial projects (games, films, renders, visualisations), including in compiled/published works. You may not:

resell, redistribute, sublicense or share the Asset files themselves (including in asset packs or NFT collections);
make the source files publicly accessible (e.g. open repositories);
claim authorship of the original Asset.

7. Complaints and defective performance

If an Asset is faulty (corrupt archive, missing advertised maps/formats), contact us at [email protected] within 2 years of purchase. We will fix the file, redeliver it, or refund you. Czech consumer-protection law applies. Consumers may also use out-of-court dispute resolution via the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (coi.cz) or the EU ODR platform.

8. Accounts and security

You are responsible for keeping your password confidential. Two-factor authentication by email is enabled for every account.
We may suspend accounts that abuse the store (fraud, sharing download links, attacks on the service).

9. Liability

Assets are provided "as described". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from the use of Assets in your projects. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights.

10. Changes

We may update these terms; the version published at the time of your order applies to that order.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. EU consumers keep the protection of their home country's mandatory rules.
